Delivery

Here at Tacker Tracker we value our customers opinion. After extensive research we found that customers appreciated the comfort of flat rate postage and a prompt delivery period. We are proud to introduce a flat rate delivery fee structure and dispatch of orders within 24 hours of order placement.

Tacker Tracker uses Australia Post for delivery in Australia and Worldwide.

Regular Post

Delivery fee Australia wide is AUD$2.00. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. General delivery time 2 – 4 working days.

Express Post

Delivery fee Australia wide is AUD$7.50. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. General delivery time is next working day. (some areas may be an exception ie: rural areas – please keep this in mind).Please email info@tackertracker.com.au to organize your express post requirements.

Courier Service

A courier service is used in the event that you would like your Tacker Tracker immediately. If this is a service you require we would cost this based on location and speed of service. Please email info@tackertracker.com.au and we can organize a price and estimated time of delivery.

World Wide Delivery

Tacker Tracker delivers worldwide using the services of Australia Post.

Delivery fee worldwide is AUD$2.00. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt

Please note: although Australia Post is an efficient service, mishaps do occasionally happen. Tacker Tracker does not take responsibility for the loss or damage of items once they have left our office. Therefore we recommend you consider registered post or insurance.

Privacy

Tacker Tracker respects your privacy. Your personal details will not be disclosed or sold, unless ordered by a court of law. Your information will be used to process orders. Should you wish to be removed from our “mailing list”, please email us at info@tackertracker.com.au

Pricing

All pricing on Tacker Tracker is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST.

Ordering

At Tacker Tracker we understand that customers have different needs and desires. We have devised several forms of ordering so you can decide what best suits you.

Online – orders can be made online. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available – everything about you remains confidential. Email – we accept orders via email. Simply email info@tackertracker.com.au to let us know what you want, and your method of payment. We accept Direct Debit, Money Order, Cheque, Visa and Mastercard.

Fax or Mail – Orders can be made via fax or mail.

Credit Card Fees

We do not charge extra to use a credit card.

Out of Stock Items

From time to time, things will be out of stock. Should this happen, we will be in contact immediately and notify you of this. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, or we can back order your item.

Refund Policy

At Tacker Tracker every dispatched item, is checked and packaged with care. However we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. Should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us to discuss. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Tacker Tracker will give a full refund for faulty items on approval of fault.

Cancellation Policy

We hope that you don’t need to cancel your order, but in the case that you do we would be happy to cancel the order if the product is sent back completely intact and within 7 days. Our postage and handling fee would still apply.

Warning

This product is designed, and intended, for the sole use of making the process of finding lost children quick and effective, in order to alleviate the stress and worry from parents. This product is not and should not be used as a substitute for any parenting or supervision of a child. This product is not a baby sitting device.

Tacker Tracker strongly emphasizes that it is the parents’ responsibility to make sure the telephone number inserted on the “Tacker Tracker” corresponds to a number of a parent, guardian or the like, of the child.

Under no circumstance will Tacker Tracker be liable for any direct, incidental, special, and/or consequential damage or loss which results from the intended use or misuse of this product.

Choking hazard contains small parts.

Do  not secure wrist band too tightly, ensure you can place 1 finger between your childs wrist and the closed wrist band.  

Avoid accidental injury.  Do not allow children to sleep over night while wearing wrist bands.

If a rash or skin irritation appears while wearing the wrist band, immediately  remove the wrist band and follow usual medical procedures.  Always  contact your doctor is rash persists.

Once wrist band is removed it may contain sharp edges, please  dispose of thoughtfully.
